Organizational Blueprint for the Monarchist Political Vanguard of the Tsardom of Florida
To establish disciplined, and ideologically fortified political apparatus that seeds monarchical authority throughout Florida’s pre-secession civic landscape. This organization shall prepare the ideological, bureaucratic, and civil service groundwork for the eventual proclamation of the Tsardom.
STRUCTURAL OVERVIEW:
Codename: “Dominion Cell”
This party functions as a decentralized cell network operating under a central doctrine. Each cell—called a “Sanctum”—operates semi-autonomously with rigid ideological alignment.
High Council (The Crown Directorate)
Composed of senior founding members (referred to as Crown Keepers).
Reports directly to the Tsar or his designated regent.
Responsible for strategic planning, ideological enforcement, and long-term diplomacy.
Oversees all Sanctums and Royal Guard activities.
Provincial Sanctums
One in each proposed county (as outlined in the Constitution).
Led by a Praetor of the Laurel—selected for ideological purity and organizational competence.
Coordinates local recruitment, outreach, and other local operations.
Sub-Sanctums
Embedded within school boards, law enforcement unions, churches, and civil defense groups.
Function to gain local support and bring our ideas to the people.
The Knights of Saint Andrew
A internal ceremonial guard modeled after the knights of old.
Sworn directly to the person of the Tsar and blessed by an Orthodox priest.
The Veil Envoys Sanctum
Goal: Establish networks with other nations and anti-globalist political movements.
Academic Fronts: Send our intellectuals to foreign conferences.
Cultural Attachés: Historical preservation groups sent to Orthodox-aligned nations.
Digital Diplomacy: Operate anonymous blogs to spread messages of sovereignty and Christian monarchy in multiple languages.
Foreign relations: Meet with foreign leaders and gain their support.
The Sanctum of the Florin
An alliance of business leaders and philanthropists sympathetic to Tsarist ideals.
Tasks:
Fund party operations through charities and family values nonprofits.
Channel investment into Tsarist-aligned small businesses.
Establish Florin trial accounts with private credit unions and by crypto and spearhead Project Sovereign Sun.
The Gulfstorm Battalion
A volunteer network that acts as disaster relief program and trains people how to properly defend themselves and thier families from looters during natural disasters.
Lead Patriotic Education Circles.

The Crown Administration Sanctum
civil service-in-waiting, embedded across Florida’s pre-secession public offices.
Mission: Join city councils, school boards, utility commissions, planning departments.
Use Christian community networks for recruitment and job referrals.
Maintain an internal dossier system of members.
The Great Mandate Sanctum
All organizational members undergo theological formation in Tsarist theology.
Units distribute:
monarchist pamphlets with historical analysis.
Online videos promoting monarchy as the sacred alternative to Western decay.
